We’ve brought a touch of Southern spice to our Devon butchery with our Devon Chilli Beef Burgers. Crafted from prime minced steak sourced from our organic, grass-fed cattle, these burgers are mixed with a blend of hot and smoky chilli seasoning to heat up your barbecue menus. Build your favourite burger by fully loading your buns with cheese, crispy bacon and fresh lettuce too.

How To Store

Our Devon chilli beef burgers are delivered fresh in an insulated box. They are butchered fresh to order and will arrive with a 8-day shelf life (including the day of delivery). We recommend for these to be stored below 4 degrees or alternatively, you can pop them in the freezer for up to 6 months. 

Our Farms & Suppliers

We source our organic beef from our exclusive network of local Devon organic farms. The cows spend their days grazing freely on a wide variety of native grasses, wildflowers and herbs, roaming the fields and resting under the trees. In the winter, they are given homegrown, organic silage and hay to munch throughout the day. We support traditional British cattle breeds that benefit from natural, slow-growing lives and produce beautifully marbled beef. Our beef is then hung for at least 21 days to mature the flavour for tender, flavourful meat. This creates an exceptional flavour and soft texture that is second to none. From our own cured pastrami to slow-roasting joints, we are immensely proud of our organic, pasture-fed beef.

Oven-Baked Chilli Beef Burgers

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Heat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan)/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Prepare Baking Tray:

    • Line Tray: Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Cook Burgers:

    • Bake: Place the pre-bought chilli beef burgers on the baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are heated through and reach an internal temperature of at least 71°C (160°F). If the burgers are frozen, cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  4. Toast Buns (Optional):

    • Toast Buns: Toast the burger buns in the oven during the last few minutes of baking or use a toaster.
  5. Assemble and Serve:

    • Assemble: Place the cooked burgers on the buns and add your desired toppings and condiments. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy: These perfectly cooked chilli burgers!
