How To Cook
We recommend:

Preheat the oven:
- Set your oven to 200°C (400°F) (fan) or 220°C (425°F) (conventional). A hot oven is key to getting the potatoes crispy.

Prepare the baking tray:
- Spread the Roast potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray. You don’t need to defrost them; cook them straight from frozen.
- Make sure there's enough space between the potatoes to allow air to circulate, which will help them crisp up.

Roast the potatoes:
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even browning on all sides.
- If the potatoes are not as crispy as you'd like, you can leave them in for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

Optional: Seasoning:
- Most pre-bought frozen potatoes are already seasoned, but you can sprinkle some extra salt, pepper, or even herbs like rosemary or thyme towards the end of cooking for added flavor.
