Spice up your evening in with our supreme chilli nachos!
These bad boys use our Home Farm Kitchen range chilli, packed with grass-fed beef mince and fresh organic veggies and spices.
Ingredients

500g Home Farm Kitchen chilli con carne

300g tortilla chips

½ red onion, sliced thinly

100g cherry plum tomatoes, chopped

200g cheddar cheese, grated

150g tomato salsa
-
1 avocado, peeled and chopped

2 tbsp soured cream
-
1 spring onion, sliced to garnish

½ lime, juiced
-
bunch coriander, chopped
Directions
Bring a pan to a medium heat and empty the contents of your chunky chilli con carne. Simmer the mixture for 6-8 minutes with a splash of water if required.
Preheat a grill to high. Tip the tortilla chips onto a baking tray.
Add the chilli mix on top of the tortilla chips. Now layer first with your grated cheddar. Next, add your freshly cut veggies and lashings of your sauces.
Place under the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.
Garnish with fresh herbs, spring onion and a healthy squeeze of lime before digging in.
