With just little over a week until the deadline to place your Christmas orders, we thought we’d give you a reminder of our delicious organic centrepieces…
If you haven’t managed to make your Christmas order with us yet, don’t despair, we are still taking Christmas orders until the Friday the 16th, giving you just over a week to place your order, but be quick, stock is limited and selling out fast! Here’s a recap of all the stunning centrepieces we’re offering this year, so you can secure the star of your festive feast…
Turkey
Top of everyone’s Christmas food shop list is the turkey. Our organic Devon turkeys are a cut above the rest, reared locally on the edge of Dartmoor, free to roam the pastures. Raising our organic turkeys slowly keeps them happy and healthy throughout their lives and means their meat is deliciously succulent and mellow for you to enjoy.
Choose between our organic Devon Bronze or Norfolk Black turkeys in a range of different sizes to cater for your party size. We also have a turkey crown and a range of boned and rolled turkey, for the ultimate easy carving experience.

Beef
Our favourite alternative to turkey this Christmas has to be our organic grass-fed beef. Tender and ridiculously tasty, our beef is sure to be a popular around the Christmas dinner table for all your guests, smothered with gravy and served with all the trimmings.
From topside to silverside, fillet to rib, we have a wide variety of different cuts and fillets in a range of sizes to suit your requirements, all dry-aged for 28 days to ensure optimum flavour and quality.
Goose
Goose is a fantastic option for your Christmas centrepiece, rich and full flavoured with crispy golden skin, its sure to go down a treat…
You can even save the fat to make some delightfully fluffy and flavoursome roast potatoes.

Vegetarian/ Vegan
Just because you choose a plant-based diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out on a delicious organic Christmas centrepiece. Our vegan winter roast is the perfect non-meat alternative that goes amazingly alongside roast potatoes and heaps of fresh organic veg.
Consisting of a mix of seitan, lentils, oats, sage with buckwheat cranberry and plenty of seasoning, the pack even comes with its own vegan gravy to complement it.
Special centrepieces
This year we have two speciality centrepieces for an added touch of luxury to your Christmas dinner. Our three bird roast sees an organic Devon turkey stuffed with organic duck and wild pheasant to create a unique and decadent festive taste experience sure to have all your Christmas guests in awe.
We also have a delightful seasonal take on our classic beef rib, our whiskey 28 day dry-aged rib of beef. Taking this already delicious cut of beef and infusing it with Nc’Nean organic whiskey to amp-up the flavour and add a touch of festive magic.
