Centrepieces
We love a traditional roast turkey as much as the next person (especially our Devon Organic Bronze and Norfolk Black turkeys) however, sometimes a break from tradition can be just as delicious.
If you’re after something a little less conventional this Christmas, but still want the classic taste of turkey on your plate, our new luxury Three Bird Roast could be just the ticket. Combining the festive flavour of our organic Devon turkey with more gamey organic duck and wild pheasant - stuffing them inside, this is a centrepiece sure to please everyone around the table. Beef is rapidly gaining popularity as an alternative to turkey at the Christmas dinner table, and we can see why. Our organic grass-fed beef is already delicious, full of flavour due to our herds organic lifestyle and our special dry ageing process, but this Christmas we wanted to take it a step further… Introducing our Whiskey 28 Day Dry Aged Rib of Beef.
Dry aged for 28 days to create a tenderness like no other and infused with the finest Nc’Nean organic whiskey, this festive twist on one of our most popular cuts of beef is packed with mouth-watering flavour. A unique centrepiece that will have your guests queuing up for seconds, this really is a Christmas showstopper.
More Festive Meats
Although it’s the integral element, Christmas dinner isn’t just about the centrepiece, in our opinion having the right trimmings is just as important. This year we have some exciting and delicious new meat products to serve alongside your organic centrepiece or to just add a bit of cheer to your usual meals during the festive period…
You can’t get more Christmassy than a bauble on a tree, however our Festive Baubles aren’t for decorative purposes. A delicious mix of Steenbergs cranberry and apple stuffing and our parsley meatball mixture, with a dash of cranberry sauce, amazing for a festive spin on your classic spaghetti and meatballs for a mid-week meal in the run up to the big day!

Our traditional butcher’s sausages have also had a Christmas makeover, blending cranberry and apple stuffing with cranberry sauce, parsley and of course, our delicious organic pork sausage meat.
Another new addition to the Christmas range is our Maple Cured Back Bacon. This combination of sweet meets smoky is truly a treat. Top your turkey with it or indulge in an American style breakfast with pancakes and even more maple syrup…
