The lovely little story of Saint Valentine of Rome signing off a letter to his lover “from your Valentine” pulled on our heart strings, so this year we’re launching a brand-new Valentine’s Day Banquet Box and hosting a special evening at the Dartmoor Inn to celebrate. And of course, Valentine’s Day wouldn’t be complete without chocolates. Valentine’s Day Banquet Box

This new organic grocery box has all the ingredients needed to whip at a lovely meal for two, including wild scallops and mushrooms and a butterflied organic sirloin steak. This special steak is hand butchered by our team of traditional butchers from our 28 Day Dry Aged Thick Cut Sirloin to create a wonderful heart shaped beef cut, exclusively in the Valentine’s Day Banquet Box. Pair this organic steak with homemade thick cut chips, organic mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and a helping of greens for a main course of dreams.

Chocolate Treats
We’ve also been in touch with our friends at Cocoa Loco, who produce artisan, luxury organic chocolates that are just perfect for a Valentine’s Day Gift. Their Sloe Gin Truffles hide their truffle centre in a crisp shell of organic milk chocolate and a dusting of dries raspberry for a delightfully coloured treat. Champagne more your thing? Try Cocoa Loco’s Champagne Truffles, filled with a champagne ganache centre and generously covered in organic milk chocolate. The truffles are finished with a sprinkling of milk chocolate flakes, handmade in West Sussex using Fairtrade chocolate.
