Introducing Our New Home Farm Kitchen Range
We are so excited to announce to you the launch of our new and exclusive Home Farm Kitchen range…
This past month we’ve been working hard, putting the finishing touches on our new product range, ready to bring to you.
The Home Farm Kitchen range represents our first step into the production of our own in-house recipes, exclusive to Eversfield Organic, with more products on the way.
The new range of products is currently made up of a family favourite ready meal – Chunky Chilli Con Carne, and two bone broths – chicken and beef, which are now available on our online farm shop. Here’s everything you need to know!
We slow cook our Chilli Con Carne for 6 hours, letting our award-winning organic steak marinate and release its flavours into the slightly spicy sauce, infusing the onions and kidney beans. A meat lover’s dream, our chilli also contains lardons of bacon, giving a hint of smokiness in every mouthful.
For a Mexican feast load it into our Amaizin Taco Shells alongside plenty of cheese and a bit of lettuce or keep it traditional by spooning over rice or onto a warm jacket potato.
Chicken Bone Broth
Roasted for additional flavour, our chicken bone broth contains easily absorbable doses of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin A, zinc, iron, and a number of other essential properties that our bodies need. With no nasty additives, emulsifiers or unnatural flavourings, this broth is natural, healthy and delicious.
Enjoy on its own, as a hot beverage that packs in the nutrients or use when cooking. The cooking possibilities with our broth are endless, however we recommend using it within a creamy chicken and mushroom risotto and topping with a sprinkling of parmesan.
Beef Bone Broth
Like its chicken counterpart, our beef bone broth is packed with all the essential vitamins and nutrients required for maximum health. Bones from our organic grass-fed beef are slow cooked for 24 hours to extract all the goodness and flavour with no artificial additives; keeping it simple, the way nature intended.
This too is delicious alone as a hot beverage but is also extremely versatile in the kitchen. Use our broth to make a rich and sumptuous gravy or to braise our Braising Steaks with caramelised onions, for a mouth-wateringly succulent meal.
